We are using sap.com/ess~za~fam application for South Africa and Chile. The application is working fine for South Africa.
But for Chile users, When we create a new emergency contact today and try to edit on the same day, it is working fine, and we are able to save the changes successfully. However, when we try to edit existing emergency contact details, it is giving a critical error as mentioned below. This functionality was previously working fine for Chile users for the past 3 years, however, we are facing this issue after the recent HRSP upgrade.
There is a secondary infotype 3226 that is available for Chile when updating infotype 21. When comparing the secondary infotype data, a validation is happening for the data that is sent from Portal and the existing record in the data base. This record doesnt match as the new start date will be from the date that is sent from portal and it is raising exception SECONDARY_RECOR-PSKEY. This exception is getting raised from method IF_HRPA_INFTY_CONTAINER_DATA~MODIFY_SECONDARY_RECORD of class CL_HRPA_INFOTYPE_CONTAINER.
