Unable to see the environment from front end

Hi Experts,

I can able to see the all environments(total 4) in backend bw through RSA1 transaction.and i can able to see the data for all environments.

However from front end BPC Administration I can able to see only 3 environments.

What could be the reason,Is this the security related issue?

I don't have SAP_ALL role access.

Any help much appreciated.
