MRP Settings for Intercompany STO

Hi Gurus,

I wuld like to generate STO PR thru MRP for Intercompany STO

Plant A- Reciving Plant (Company code A)

Plant B - Issuing Plant (company code B)

In OPPQ

create special procurement type 40- Sto plant to plant as discription

specila procurement U with issuing plant B maintained

        Assign the Special Procurement 40 in MRP 2 view

Plant A- Reciving Plant

        MRP type PD,  procurment type - F, Set Special Procuremnt 40, selection methoed blank

Plant B - Issuing Plant

        Procutment E, MRP type PD, consumption mode 2 with backwad forward consumption values 45 days, selection method is 2

While running MRP system is only showing cust Ord and Plnd Order in MD04 no STPR created

I have tried special procurement 45 also..

Please suggest why STPR is not created?
