Problem while printing voucher

Hi,

Please tell me the solution........

The problem is...when I print voucher....it is not showing name of customer....not even in print-preview.

for example........if the entry is  ...

Rohan a/c  dr...........100

     To xyz a/c     ............100

it is only showing....

.........a/c dr.          100

     To xyz a/c........100

Could you pls tell me the solution????  Is there any settings for printer???
