Script for table reorg and update statistics

Hi All,

Can anyone refer me to script(s) or stored procedure(s) for reorging and updating table statistics, which considers criteria for "best practices"?

i.e. using info from systabstats, sysstatistics, datechange(), derived_stat(), sp_fragmentation, etc.

I am thinking about writing my own, but would not like to re-invent if possible.
