Bom dia, estamos efetuando o Upgrade da versão 4.7 para 6.0 SSP 617 e implementando a NT003 para TAXBRJ.

A nota 2232757 já está contemplada no SSP 617 e as alterações de código já estão feitas, portanto via SNOTE não é possível implementar .

Fizemos apenas os passos manuais de criação do BCSET e seguimos as implementações das notas seguintes conforme FAQ 2259931.

Implementamos a Badi para definir os não contribuintes corretamente.

Porém, após implementar, verificamos que as taxas não estão sendo calculadas.

Após diversas pesquisas nos fóruns, verifiquei que na função J_1BCALCULATE_TAXES ainda possui os trechos "IF calc-icms_partilha = abap_true" que pelo que entendi, foi lançada uma nota (2256933) para retirá-lo na versão 605. Porém mesmo retirando o IF acima, a variável calc-icms_partilha nunca possui valor e não encontro o ponto do código onde deveria ser preenchida.

Preenchi a variável via Debug e consegui com que as taxas fossem calculadas corretamente.

Porém não consigo encontrar o que está faltando.

Dear experts,

We have implemented SolMan (7.1 SP14) with ChaRM and Retrofit.

For retrofit, the managed landscapes are as follows:

DTE-QTE-QLE-PTE (let's call this Line "Run")

DTA-QTA-QLA-PTE (let's call this Line "A")

So two four-tier landscapes in parallel with the same production system.

We are testing the setup and have the following issue.

We have a Z-report in both DTE and in DTA.

We have modified this report in DTA.

Now we have also modified it in DTE. We have correctly received the CSOL warning on TR DTEK950217.

Now we are at the point of Retrofit. I have indicated a target transport request. The Retrofit category is correctly determined as "yellow" aka "to be transported with transport tool". So I press "transport with SCWB".

However then I get an error.

The following screenshot shows the log.

It shows error message /TMWFLOW/RETRO_EXT102: "Retrofit entry M000000001/DTA-300/DTEK950217 locked by user BDANDOY"

This Error message has as solution:

Procedure

Inform user &2 or wait until user &2 releases the entry. If you are user &2, you are locking the entry in another session.

However I have checked SM12 and there are no lock items on anything.

I don't understand what is blocking the retrofit execution...

Please help as this is blocking our tests (and go-live).

I have installed standalone SAP 740(patch 8) and everything is working well with no errors.  Afterwards , I install NWBC 6.0 level 4(latest).

After installing NWBC, every time I open the SAPGUI , I get this pop up error. Anybody know know how to get rid of this?

Have created a workflow rule for task. Defined the condition and action. The action is notification. The recipient is ‘Manager for Processor Party in Activity Task’. The issue is that the notification doesn’t appear for manager.

The manager is in the same org unit as the processor. Tried with indicator ‘reporting line’ in organization unit and without it. The same behaviour.

Tried the same rule with recipient determination as processor party and employee responsible and everything worked fine.

Are there any details to solve this issue?

But, I think I have a more general misunderstanding of the process.

So, here the facts I figured out so far, please correct:

1. BOP = Bill of Product and is a synonym for BOM (Bill of Materials) used in ERP context

2. The standard transfer from ERP BOM´s to GTS is only used in preference processing in GTS and these BOM/BOP´s cannot be used in customs processing.

3. To use / explode BOP in customs documents, we have to follow the document "How to use BOM dependant license determination"?

3.1 Therefore during the order or delivery creation there is a BAdI /SAPSLL/IF_EX_IFEX_SD0B_R3~IF_EXTEND_COM_CDOC in which for the BOM component a "free / virtual" BOM ID is created and transferred to GTS

3.2 On top, you need to implement BAdI /SAPSLL/IF_EX_BOM_SD0B_R3~API_BOM_EXPLODE to explode the BOM already before transferring to GTS?

But even knowing this, I don´t understand completely the process.

a) why to assign a "virtual" BOP ID in the BAdI although the BOM will already be exploded during transfer?

b) Dave comments

You cannot transfer Bill of Materials for Customs purposes.  You must either set up fixed BoP in the Product Master, or set the flag "External BoP" and use the BAdI to call back to the ERP system to obtain the BoM.

I cannot find the flag "External BoP" anywhere? And, if we would maintain fixed BoP, would they be exploded during customs processing?

c) as mentioned above in point 3, is this approach only working, when you create customs documents in GTS based on delivery document or sales orders? We use pro-forma invoices as starting point for the creation of customs processing.

So, sorry, but this topic didn´t reveal it´s logic yet, so I´m again thankful for any input!

Need your expert opinion on an issue:

We have a scale based group surcharge condition type, ZSUR, that is based on the order volume.  ZSUR is Access Sequence driven with manually changes prevented.  Currently there is one condition record (say # 00958713) with three scales (valid from 1/1/2016 thru 12/31/9999):

From 1 gallon = 5.00

From 100 gallons = 100.00

From 500 gallons = 250.00

Now the Business wants to a new tier <From 1000 gallons = 320.00>, so the new tier would look like:

From 1 gallon = 5.00

From 100 gallons = 100.00

From 500 gallons = 250.00

From 1000 gallons = 320.00

The catch is that the Business wants the new tier to be effective for existing open orders ONLY if quantity or line items are added.

A couple of ways I think that this can be achieved are (limitations are below each):

1. Add the new scale <From 1000 gallons = 320.00> to the existing condition record # 00958713 (keeping the start date of 1/1/2016 and end date of 12/31/2016 intact)

Limitation: The pricing is called explicitly in change mode (in case of existing orders); meaning if there is an order created before the existing condition record was appended, and the order was for 600 gallons, then in display ZSUR = 250.00 but in change mode ZSUR = 320.00 per the appended condition record.

2. Invalidate condition record # 00958713, to end on 06/13/2016 and have a new condition record # 00999719 as given below:

From 1 gallon = 5.00

From 100 gallons = 100.00

From 500 gallons = 250.00

From 1000 gallons = 320.00

Limitation: In case of an existing order, when items are added, the system adds another ZSUR at the header.  Let's take the example # 1, wherein the order was for 600 gallons.  We get one ZSUR at the header for 250.00, and let's say that now we add items so that the volume becomes 800 gallons.  This generates another ZSUR for 320.00 in the order.  So we have two ZSURs, we need just one (the second one) for 320.00 when items are added alone.

Has anyone faced this?  Any suggestions, recommendations would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

There are several reports in SAP that I can run to get PO history.  However, I need to be able to run a report that will show me PO's where there was an invoice and credit so that the total IR quantity is 0.  We have the commitment report since these PO's would be open again.  But, is there a way to narrow down the results to only show me PO's with total IR equal to 0?  I want to be able to find those PO's easily in order to delete the line and remove the commitment.

SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded version work status information read from SAP IP Data Slice Exit.

We have SAP BW / IP system and we also have SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded version running as EPM tool. In our example, key user will lock the planning data from BPC interface. Once user locks the data, no one can input / edit the locked data in planning cube. The documents will helpful who is using BPC 10.1 Embedded version as EPM tool and he is also using BW HANA PAK. The BW reporting tool is Analysis Office.

System Architecture:

Planning sequence created on top of aggregation level. User interface run the planning sequence via analysis office. Needless to show the below activity, I am assume user can create the same.

• Create a Planning Cube.
• Create an Aggregation Level
• Create Filter, planning Function and Planning Sequence.
• Attached the planning sequence in Analysis office.

BPC can have process template and process template is attached with same as analysis office template which we created in planning application. Once the BPC process template instantiated we can find the work status information as we have created work status during creation of BPC process template. Needless to show the below activity, I am assume user can create the same.

• Create a BPC Process Template from BPC interface.
• Add the Analysis Office Planning Workbook from process Template.
• Instance the BPC process template.
• From BPC My activities user can lock/unlock work status.

Once key user lock the work status via BPC interface then it will store the data in BPC Planning Cube. This is not the same cube where Analysis office planning application created. When Analysis office template run then data slice will check the BPC work status information and the data slice will allow / protect the data for planning via analysis office.

Example:

In our planning Cube, we have Comp Code, Planning Year, Planning Version and Planning Submission besides other info objects. Business requirement is combination of Comp Code, Planning Year, Planning Version and Planning Submission information will be locked by key user or super user. The work status information will be stored in BPC Cube. When planning function will run it will check runtime whether the BPC work status for Comp Code, Planning Year, Planning Version and Planning Submission information is locked or not.

• A Planning Sequence created on the top of planning Cube in BW side which will load the plan data. This Planning Sequence will attach in Analysis Office template.
• An Exit type Data Slice created on the top of planning cube which will check runtime BPC work status information. Then it will decide whether the data will be posted in Planning Cube or not.
• BPC Process Template creation needs to be done. This template contains the Analysis Office Template.
• Lock the work Status from BPC and run the Analysis Office Template.

This will show an error message based on error message selected in data slice exit.

>> The Process template created in BPC Interface.

>> Link the Analysis Office Template which we created in planning application in BPC process template.

>> Instance the process template.

>> Work Status information created.

>> Able to see Work Status information data in BPC Cube.

>> Create exit type data slice in our planning application.

>> Read Work Status information from BPC objects.

Search table *UWQ* from se11 and you will find the table which contains work status information. If we press F4 help then we can find all work status table which is created for BPC.

If you see the table display we will find below as info provider is mandatory input. For our example it would be planning cube name.

>> Now we can write the code in data slice which will protect the data during runtime.

We have a project where we will need to embed WebI and Crystal reports on a web page, i.e. we want the people who access the web page to get the reports (mainly graphs) as embedded content on the web page without any controls and other clutter.

Is this possible and what's the correct way of doing this?

I am trying to set up a PCo Dataserver in an 15.1 MII server. I'm using a PCO Connector as the connector type, and  the URL option to provide the conection information for the Plant Conectivity instance.  After providing the correct URL I obtain the window asking for the Windows  user and password of the PCo Server.

Problem comes after I provide the correct credentials . I do not obtain any result. Only an empty screen with no PCo Agent in the list. No error message.

I have tried changing the server address, fully qualified server address, and IP address, all with the correct port, and correct credentials of the server but the result is the same .

I have installed and started the PCo 15.1 and even set up the conection to the same MII instance correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.

2.if we want to maintain import B/L lading information in system. for gross weight,qty check between inbound delivery and B/L

Can we maintain the B/L use GTS customs bill of  lading, and use BW report for check.

Now  our solutin is customized B/L  object in ECC,

which is the standard way?
