We are using sap.com/ess~za~fam application for South Africa and Chile. The application is working fine for South Africa.

But for Chile users, When we create a new emergency contact today and try to edit on the same day, it is working fine, and we are able to save the changes successfully. However, when we try to edit existing emergency contact details, it is giving a critical error as mentioned below. This functionality was previously working fine for Chile users for the past 3 years, however, we are facing this issue after the recent HRSP upgrade.

There is a secondary infotype 3226 that is available for Chile when updating infotype 21. When comparing the secondary infotype data, a validation is happening for the data that is sent from Portal and the existing record in the data base. This record doesnt match as the new start date will be from the date that is sent from portal and it is raising exception SECONDARY_RECOR-PSKEY. This exception is getting raised from method IF_HRPA_INFTY_CONTAINER_DATA~MODIFY_SECONDARY_RECORD of class CL_HRPA_INFOTYPE_CONTAINER.

We have SAP NW Identity Management 7.2 SP9 with Runtime and Virtual Directory Server components installed as an addon to SAP Netweaver 7.0.

My end game is to monitor IDM with at least the templates in Solution Manager 7.1 SP12.  There is precious little documentation on setting up a NW addon for monitoring so would appreciate assistance.  How should a system with these components be defined in the LMDB??  It's not really an AS Java system like the UI, so should it be setup as an Unspecified 3 Tier System??

Our partner puts 2 files on a ftp server:

123.txt

123.pdf

Our goal is only to transmit the files if both files (same filename with extensions .txt and .pdf) are available. Sometimes the printed version (.pdf) is available later and then the .txt file should not be pulled as long as the .pdf is not available.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I am upgrading SAP B1 from 8.82 PL 4 to 9.0 PL 8.

While upgrading the common database and demo database the application shows the error that "The server machine does not meet minimal requirement"

I checked for solution on SAP note it says that OS >= 5.0 and RAM >= 1 GB.

I have microsoft windows version 6.3.9600 and RAM 1 GB.

still why I am getting the same error? stucked here... 

I'm seeing a similar symptom to the issue in thread 3436679 (connection failed with FWM20030 error), in my case I'm going from a Windows client to a Linux server.  I have checked the network, VPN tunnel, and firewall configuration and can confirm I'm getting a network connection to the repository server (I have a 'tcpdump' of the full interaction) and messages are exchanged, but the repository looks like its sending something to the IDT client that results in the error being issues before even a username and password are exchanged.  I too can login to the CMC (via a web session).

What gets exchanged from client to server looks like this in summary:

The connection is made using an IP address, but one of the strings returned by the repository server in the "IOR" message contains a what looks like a domain name and port (corresponding to the address connected to) -- does the client verify this to prevent spoofing?

I posted this question yesterday after weeks of online searching and not finding an answer to my question.  Alas, this post was removed (for apparently being too simple a question) and I was pointed at the FAQ here which didn't answer my question either.

I am an SAP user and have requested from our ABAP team whether or not it is possible to get the 'User Profile - Own Data Prameters' populated into custom z t-codes when they are run.

They are telling me that it isn't and I would like verification of this as it seems to me that the relevant programming would just need to be added to the z-program (and provided the Parameter in question is in the TPARA table) then it should be an easy thing to do.

So please, is this possible or not....?

I'm trying to test the behavior of my UI5 application.

The structure is pretty common:

> component.js> view (folder)     > App.view.xml     > Data.view.xml     > Data.controller.js> test (folder)     > myOPATest.html

The Data view is embedded in the App view.

I'd like to test the behavior of a control in Data.

Should I look it up like:

or somehow differently?

The console only says: found no control with the id list

I don't really know if the view is resolved or if the app is started at all

We have a problem where we get strange alerts related to statistics server migration to embedded.

I have checked the video as well for a failed migration there is no option but to restore. But here we have a problem we cannot restore since we would be losing lots of data , just for statistic server sake we cannot restore the entire database.

What are our options ?

I am getting the dump LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND continuously in the System almost 1000 dumps in a day. Couldn't find any reason for occurring. From the dump I could find that RSM04000_ALV program is not found and checked in the system, not found

The above mentioned program is relevant to the tcode SM04 but from the system I could find that RSM04000_ALV_NEW program was defined to that tcode. But here I don't understand from where this program is being called? With respective to above dump, one more dump is also repeating DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND. I hope this relates to above specified dump.

Could anyone please help me on this. For more information, I am pasting the dump

    There are several possibilities:

    Error in the ABAP Application Program

    The current ABAP program "SAPLSXMB" had to be terminated because it has

    come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

    or

    Error in the SAP kernel

    The current ABAP program "SAPLSXMB" had to be terminated because the ABAP

    processor detected a system error.

What can you do?

    Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.

    Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look

    at and manage termination messages, and you can also

    keep them for a long time.

Error analysis

    On account of a branch in the program (CALL FUNCTION/DIALOG, external

    PERFORM, SUBMIT) or a transaction call, another ABAP/4 program ("RSM04000_ALV")

    should be be loaded.

    Program "RSM04000_ALV" is not in the library however.

    Possible causes:

    a) Wrong program name specified in an external PERFORM or SUBMIT or,

    when defining a new transaction, a new dialog module or a new function

    module. Note in particular that the program name must be written in

    uppercase.

    b) Transport error

How to correct the error

    Check the most recent transports to the SAP System.

    Are changes currently being made to program "SAPLSXMB"?

     The attached screen shows the window for T-Code FBN1  where a user can assign a new number range for a specific Co. code.

My question is:  is there a different faster way to view if the number range that i might think i need to add exists or not

or is there another way to view all the number ranges in all the years ?

Hi, I am working in a Security Domain. I am interested in reporting and I did SAP BI 7.0 in a small institute. But I couldnt find any opportunity for freshers without certification. Now I am planning to do certification in SAP from ATOS or Genovate. The thing is when I enquired, some peoples asked me to SAP HANA since SAP BI is facing out. Is that true. If I do SAP BI now whether it will go in vain. Also I think SAP HANA openings are less when compared to BI. I am Bit confused. It would be great if you provide your expert guidance on this.

2. Creating a new workspace in my machine and importing track again

But none of this worked.
