  • 03/25/11--02:16: SYSTEM_DATA_ALREADY_FREE
  • Hi,

we have a lot of shot dumps in the CRM 7.0 system, whith the error "SYSTEM_DATA_ALREADY_FREE". We don't know, how we can solve the issue, because, we cannot reproduce the dump.

The SAP cannot help, because, we cannot reproduce the steps to create this dump.

Has anyone an idea, what the problem could be?

Thanks a lot for your help.

    Regards,

    Sascha

    Details:

    What happened?

Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program "CL_CRM_BOL_ENTITY=============CP" had to be

         terminated because it has

come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

    Error analysis

Data in the area "ITAB" that has already been released by the system was

       to be accessed.

       Possible causes:

       - Access using field symbols or parameters to table rows that do not

exist any more due to the deletion of the row or the table.

       - Access to local data of a subroutine after the subroutine has been

exited (for example, using global fieldsymbols).

    How to correct the error

Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.

        -

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to

find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

        keywords:

        "SYSTEM_DATA_ALREADY_FREE" " "

        "CL_CRM_BOL_ENTITY=============CP" or "CL_CRM_BOL_ENTITY=============CM006"

        "GET_NAME"

  • 11/25/13--01:07: Archive link error
  • Hi Sap Gurus,

I am doing SAP - Data archving project. My client is using content server with open text software. I have tested data archive in O.S level and  data is archived (deleted)  correctly. I have done configuration in "OAC0" transaction for content repository. I have given content repository link in techincal settings of Archive object configuration. Presently i am testing the data with content server. "Write" job is successful. But If i click "Delete"  then i couldn't find any file in archive selection. I have done "write " job in production mode.

Kindly send your valuable suggestion to me.

    Regards,

    Murali

    Dear Forum Members,

I would like to create a stored procedure to block sale of goods below the item cost (Moving Average). I have created the following SP but it still allows sale below cost. Kindly help me troubleshoot it.

---- Code for Item Cost Limit ---------------

    IF @transaction_type IN ('A','U') AND @object_type = '17'and @error = 0

    begin

    IF EXISTS (select T0.DocNum FROM ORDR T0  INNER JOIN RDR1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry INNER JOIN OITW T2 ON T1.ItemCode = T2.ItemCode AND T1.[WhsCode] =  T2.[WhsCode]

    WHERE T0.DOCENTRY = @list_of_cols_val_tab_del AND T1.[PriceBefDi] < T2.[AvgPrice])

    BEGIN

    SET @error = 41

SET @error_message = 'Item cannot be sold below cost!'

    END

    END

I would also prefer to use the variable for price after discount instead of  T1.[PriceBefDi]. How can i do this?

    Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

How can I find a spool number which got generated when a document is issued for printout.

Ex: When I print Order confirmation, an output will be issued automatically. Based on the document number (Order), i would like to find the spool number which got generated.

I tried to check with time comparison like, the time when the output message is processed and the spool is created and found the this is not the best solution as there may be chances that other users might print other documents on same time.

Can any one please let me know how can I find the relation between the document and the spool.

    Thank you!

    Best regards

    Sasi

  • 11/24/13--23:44: Upgrading Rapid Marts
  • Hello

We are in process of Upgrading from 3.x to 4.x, for rest of the BI content for e.g Webi/Unv we will be using UMT to migrate, at the same time we have multiple rapid marts and some of the rapid marts are custom made.

Need to understand how to migrate the rapid marts in our scenario where we have custom rapid marts as well, also if we have any document /best practices around the migration.

    Thank you!

    Dear All,

i am new to ABAP, now i have to create a smartform in which i have created a page

having a main window, in the main window i have created a template and a table,

my problem is that, i can show only three sets of data per page,

But as in a PR, there may be many sets of data (PO) ocuurs (lets say there are 8 sets of data),

so i wants to show all these 8 sets of data in my smartform.

One more thing is that, i have 2 internal table in which first table have unique materils and second table

have unique PO. So i have to print unique materials in row of my smartform and unique PO should be shown

    as column in my smartforms.

So please see my issue, and sujjest me how can i code and call my smartform to show all PO's value.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

we developed a custom POWL, with a custom feederer, that extracts employee appraisals. Once results are taken out in ALV, if we select one row and we click on EDIT or VIEW, then nothing happens. What we would expect in this case is that standard webdynpro with appraisal document is triggered.

    Does anybody have a hint?

    Thank,

    Hi there,

I am using the "Map to Data Source" option in SEGW with RFCs.

is it possible to design my RFC in a way so that the two parameters for the key tab and filtering of the DPC get passed on to the RFC automatically? Or is that always manual coding, e.g. redefining the methods in the DPC.

I tried IT_FILTER_SELECT_OPTIONS TYPE /IWBEP/T_MGW_SELECT_OPTION as an optional input parameter for my RFC but its ignored.

    Thanks!

If the HANA view contains attributes with technical keys (such as Country Keys or Region Codes), the drilldown search results display technical keys instead of text descriptions. Hi Experts,

when is the material staging time updated in the schedule line of a sales order? Anf what does it mean? If I want to change the staging date, the system does not not error out on SAVE. But when I go to the order, it reverts back to the previous date.

However, when the time field is blank, the date can be updated. So, I only wanted to understand what significance this time field has? Does it mean that the material has been staged or something and if yes then what does it or what activity sets the date?

    Regards,

    A.Trivedi

  • 01/19/09--17:49: ABAP - Case Statement
  • Hi ABAPers,

I have an ABAP code just like the pseudo code below.

    Case Val.

    When 'A'.

    <Some Conditional Statements>.

    When 'B'.

    <Some Statements>.

    endcase.

A and B values are depend on 'Val'.

My program executes the above code almost everytime. when the conditional statement of Case (A) is successful, then I dont want my program to execute the case(B).

When the conditional statement of case(A) is unsuccessful, then only i want to execute case (B). Can anyone please tell me how to correct my code to suit the above situation.

    Thanks,

    Creasy Matt
